Registration and Payment
Full payment for the course or class must be made prior to starting any course or class. Payments are made through a secure payment system either by PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER or by CASH on the first day of the lesson.
Class Length and Scheduling
Each 1 hour class includes a 55 minute live class and 5 minutes to create personalized, tips, quizzes and homework.
Class packages must be used within 4 weeks. Classes unused within 4 weeks will expire.
Students are responsible to organise their own classes. The teacher will not chase up students if they have not booked in. We are not responsible for wrong booking times or dates.
You can receive 1 free private English class for each new student you refer for a course or for a minimum of 3 classes. They must be booked in for you to receive the private class.
Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
All cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you lose your paid-for class. Students need to cancel their class via email or phone.
Once notified of the cancellation, make up classes can be scheduled.
If you wish to take holidays you must provide notification two weeks before your course starts or you will lose part of your course and will be marked absent.
Students have a total of 3 months to use their course packages and lessons. After 3 months the left over classes are no longer usable.
Online classes are taught through Zoom. Zoom is extremely reliable, experiencing almost no problems! If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, we cannot be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class. Recording of any class is prohibited.
In-person classes are held at a selected Perth Library. You must arrive on time and meet at the reception of the library. If you prefer to meet at a different location, a $15.00 fee will apply for locations further than 10kms. Please bring a note book, pen and a smile :)
